Otway Estate Indoor Winter Markets

Otway Estate are hosting their winter markets on the last Sunday of June, July and August between 10am – 2pm and we’ll be there!  A fabulous way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon supporting local producers.  On  offer will be both organic and conventionally grown produce, as well as providing an outlet for independent cottage type businesses such as sellers of jellies, jams, honey, spices, baked goods, meat, ice cream, locally grown flowers, plants and herbs.   They are also showcasing stalls of the best quality locally designed and handcrafted goods, including jewellery, fashion, knitwear, kids’ items, homewares, garden art, gift items and tasty treats.

Bring the whole family for an enjoyable day out and after curl up by the fire with a coffee, wine or beer!

We will have all our normal goodies, including the ever popular Grandma Dot’s tomato relish, organic beetroot relish and lemon curd, plus the Meredith Dairy marinated goat cheese (a marriage made in Heaven with the organic beetroot relish!), chevre and sheep’s milk yoghurt.

Farmers’ Market at Osborne House in Geelong – Sunday 17th June

We have been invited to take part in the first Farmers’ Market at Osborne House, Swinburne Street, North Geelong on Sunday 17th June.  Why not pop along, we’ll have all the usual goodies, savoury and sweet tarts, rumble-de-thumps (gluten free), beetroot & zuchinni burgers (gluten free), pumpkin & chickpea burgers (gluten free), organic beetroot relish, Grandma Dot’s tomato relish, lemon curd (all gluten free) and of course Meredith Dairy marinated goat cheese, yoghurt and chevre!

Make it a great day out and visit the Antartica Exhibition, celebrating Mawson and 100 years of Australian Antartic Expeditions.

Glenlyon Food and Wine Fayre 2012

We are over the moon to once again be invited to take a stall at the Glenlyon Food and Wine Fayre to be held on Sunday 29th July.

The Glenlyon Fine Food & Wine Fayre  has developed into an exciting event with a commitment to showcasing the area’s cool climate wines along with new and established producers of fine food, the event is one of Hepburn Shires major events and is now firmly established on Victoria’s Food and Wine calendar.

As usual, the Fayre will be held at the Glenlyon Shire Hall between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Conducted by the Glenlyon Progress Association (GPA), the Fayre is set in the grounds of the historic Shire Hall in the picturesque village of Glenlyon.

We will have all our usual goodies including sweet and savoury tarts, the ever popular rumble-de-thumps, organic beetroot relish, Grandma Dot’s tomato relish, good old fashioned Lemon Curd and our new popular range of burgers!
